Our
Code of Ethics

We don’t get diviated from this.

Code Of Ethics

Multiple prospective consumers have contacted us after being burned by unscrupulous web developers who promised the moon but delivered far less.

At AdlerQA, we strive to make our clients feel comfortable and confident in our services.

We’ve embraced the following as our guidelines for that aim.

The Code of Conduct and Ethics for Web Developers

  1. We’ll always be there to answer questions from our customers.
  1. It is important to us that our clients understand what we are doing. No jargon will be used or stated in a way that is understandable to the average person.
  1. We’ll be honest with our customers. A project that we know or feel to be frivolous, damaging, or without merit will be explained to them if they come up with a proposal.
  1. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible if you contact us.
  1. To the best of our ability, we will not share or otherwise use any personally identifiable information about our clients without their consent.
  1. We will charge a reasonable fee for our services. Our clients will be given a detailed breakdown of our costs ahead of time.
  1. We will not promise to do something we are not capable of doing or do not have the knowledge to do. The client will be informed if a task necessitates the aid of a third party. Any work done for our clients by a third party will still be done professionally and skilfully, regardless of whether or not we use a third party.
  1. We will notify our clients as soon as feasible if we anticipate a delay in the work we are obligated to do for them.
  1. Otherwise, our customers will own and have full access to the online assets and accounts we create on their behalf unless otherwise agreed (such as domain names, email accounts, social media accounts, and the like).
  1. No discrimination for employees based on caste, religion, sex, etc.
  1. We are a strong supporter for women in Code, and support open source projects and volunteers who help maintain such projects.

For our clients to be confident that they will receive high-quality services at a fair price, we have adopted this code to help us have open lines of communication with them throughout the process.

Neither we nor anybody else pretends to have all the solutions. We’ve tested this code, and it’s working perfectly. What more rules do you believe a code of ethics for web developers should include?

Professional expertise and additional value

Providing excellent customer service and adding value is a responsibility shared by all our representatives, business associates, and third parties.

Involvement in a community

  • Esteem for others

In both the workplace and the hiring process, AdlerQA fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Excluding harassment in any form, intimidation, or hostile work environment is strictly prohibited by AdlerQA, as well as its agents and business partners.

  • Cultural variations should be encouraged.

One of the AdlerQA’s advantages is that we are a multinational organization. We are committed to creating an international atmosphere and promoting a diversity of cultures.

Within the company, no form of prejudice will be tolerated.

Environmental stewardship

To reduce the environmental impact of the items we sell, end-users must be aware of their recycling responsibilities and the laws governing the products we distribute. Agents, business partners, and other third parties dealing with end-users or resellers are strongly urged to bring up environmental concerns in their conversations.
